MIKE HATCHER – DIRECTOR
Coach Hatcher is the Volunteer Assistant at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Hatcher has 10 years of Head Coaching experience and 5 years of club Head Coaching experience. He is the current State Chairman of the Tennessee Wrestling Federation, Tennessee’s affiliate of USA Wrestling, the National Governing Body of amateur wrestling. Coach Hatcher was a member of four National Championship teams at the University of Iowa. Coach Hatcher spent 5 years training and wrestling for the legendary Coach Dan Gable.

HEATH ESLINGER
Coach Eslinger is the new Head Coach at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. He spent the last three seasons as Head Coach at Cleveland High School in Cleveland, Tenn. Eslinger gained valuable collegiate coaching experience as an assistant at UTC under Terry Brands from 2002-04. As a competitor, Eslinger won four letters with the Mocs from 1995-2000. He posted a 120-18 all-time record, winning three Southern Conference titles and qualifying for the NCAA Championships three times. His 120 wins broke the school’s all-time record and is still the second highest win total in UTC history. He was the Southern conference Wrestler of the Year in 2000 and the SoCon Tournament’s Most Outstanding Wrestler that same season. 
 
ROCCO MANSUETO
Coach Mansueto is the new Head Assistant Coach at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga after spending the last season as Head Assistant Coach at Army. A four-time conference place-winner, including a pair of finals appearances, Mansueto was selected a team captain three times at Cleveland State University.  After graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2003, Mansueto spent the next three years at John Carroll University as a graduate assistant coach. Mansueto spent two years as the Head Wrestling Coach at Cape Henry Collegiate School in Virginia Beach, Va.
 
PATRIC BOND
Coach Bond is the current Assistant Coach at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. A native of Chesapeake, Va., Bond was a four-time Virginia state champ in high school and a two-time Junior National champion. Bond competed collegiately at the University of Illinois where he was a four-time NCAA qualifier, and placed fifth or higher at the Big 10 conference championships all four years. Bond was also ranked in the top-20 in the nation throughout his time with the Fighting Illini.
